Conference Fee

Participants’ registration fees are as follows:

Early Bird Registration: before 1 July 2016

1. Rp 2.000.000 (USD 200) for participants and presenters
2. Rp 1.500.000 (USD 150) for students

Normal Registration: after 1 July 2016

1. Rp 2.500.000 (USD 250) for participants and presenters
2. Rp 1.500.000 (USD 150) for students

Fee Coverage

The fee will cover: opening ceremony, in seminar facility (lunch, coffee break), closing ceremony, seminar kit, proceeding, and local transport from hotel to the conference venue.

The fee will not cover: travelling cost from Balikpapan airport to Samarinda, hotel, and sight-seeing cost.

These however subject to change, depending on the availability of the sponsors.
